What is included in Demo appointment?
Dragonfly Saddlery brings a minimum of 10 saddles to all demo trials. The client will have the opportunity to find the perfect fit saddle for themselves and their horse. Each ride will include a variety of set sizes, knee block length and placement, saddle tree shape, and finding your ideal center of gravity under saddle for improved performance.
what happens after I fall in Love with my perfect fit saddle?
From this point forward there are several options...
Trade in evaluation:
Current owners of a Custom Saddlery saddle, can have their saddle evaluated for trade in discount towards a new purchase saddle. (limited to 9 years or newer on trade in)
Purchasing of Demo saddle:
Ask for pricing of on hand demo saddles at time of appointment. several are available for sale day of.
Demo Saddle appointment Day!!
All riders MUST be dressed in appropriate riding attire. This includes riding breeches tucked in shirt, tall boots or chaps. JEANS are NOT permitted in any demo saddles. Horses should be warmed up and ready for full spinal symmetry and muscle Evalution. If horse has any behavioral mannerisms that may be UNSAFE please alert the fitters prior to evaluation. please allow 1-1.5 hours for eval and demo fit.
What if I need time to think about it?
No problem at all! Dragonfly Saddlery can leave 1 demo saddle with a rider to trial for a 1 week time period. after the 7 days any fees unsettled will be completed and either the saddle is returned or purchase agreement resolved.

Our husband-and-wife team are independent saddle representatives for Custom Saddlery. All sales contracts are closed out directly through Custom saddlery purchasing department. the processes is simple and easy.
