Jami Kment is a bronze, silver and gold medalist. She teaches and trains out of Providence Farm, a top notch dressage training facility where she provides quality, positive education for the horse and rider. She has been able to be a student of some of the most sought after teachers of our time such as Steffen Peters, Conrad Schumacher and Kathy Connelly. Jami has brought her students up to the very top in competition including top ten finishes at The Festival of Champions and North American Junior Young Rider Championships. She and her students have won a total of 15 regional championships. Jami and her partner Zania have recently qualified for the USEF Developing Horse Championships. They will also be featured on Dressageclinic.com with Kathy Connelly and Conrad Schumacher. Jami is a USDF "L" graduate, a wife, and a mother of three. Tillie Jones is a professional dressage rider, trainer, and owner of Serenity Rose Equestrian Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. A lifelong dressage rider, Tillie earned her USDF Bronze Medal at age 12, Silver Medal at 16, and Gold Medal in 2026 aboard her self-trained mare, Cilla Franchesca CF (“Coco”). She has represented her region at the North American Youth Championships and, in her final year of U25 competition, helped her team earn a bronze medal while finishing third individually in the Intermediate II. As a trainer, Tillie is passionate about developing horses and riders through correct, harmonious training with a strong foundation in equitation and biomechanics. Tillie chooses Aviar Saddles because their design allows her to feel close to her horses while supporting a balanced, effective position without restricting the rider. With a barn full of horses at different stages of development, she especially values Aviar’s focus on fit, comfort, and freedom of movement for the horse. She is proud to represent Aviar while continuing to pursue her goals at the Grand Prix level and helping the next generation of dressage riders achieve theirs.

Lexie Kment
Lexie Kment is an FEI Grand Prix rider and trainer based in Nebraska, USA. As a USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist, she has developed a career that includes success at both national and international levels, highlighted by three National Championship titles and 10 FEI North American Youth Championship medals. Of those, seven are gold, and she holds the record for the most gold medals earned by a horse-and-rider combination in the competition’s history.
Lexie’s partnership with Custom & Aviar Saddles began at the very start of her riding journey. ACCOMPLISHED RIDER
Adalynn Nelson
Adalynn Nelson is an accomplished youth dressage rider from Iowa. She is a USDF Bronze Medalist and has represented USDF Region 4 at the North American Youth Championships in the FEI Junior division for two consecutive years. In 2026, Adalynn won the 14–18 Dressage Seat Medal Final at the USEF Festival of Champions with an impressive 95%, adding a national championship title to her accomplishments. She previously finished third overall in the FEI Children’s division at Festival of Champions.
She rides in the Aviar Sparrow 2.0 and values the close connection, balance, and freedom of movement it provides for both horse and rider.
